Cycling routes
Oswiecim and its surroundings offer various opportunities for active recreation, including cycling. Thanks to well-developed infrastructure, cyclists can explore many routes such as the Wisła Cycling Route, VeloMetropolis/EuroVelo4, and the upcoming VeloSkawa route. The Małopolska Cycling App enables navigation and access to a database of cycling routes.
Among the interesting routes are the loop in Trzebinia with natural and cultural attractions, an easy route from Chechło Reservoir to Ruda through Dulowska Forest, and a beginner-friendly route Brzeszcze Na Rowerze.
In the city of Oswiecim itself, there are many convenient cycling paths, including:
- Wisla Cycling Route, with a length of 230 km,
- Greenways – a green cycling trail, covering 22.5 km in Oswiecim,
- Around Oświęcim Route, with a length of 19.6 km.
